Gram Power works with consumers helping them manage their electricity bill as well as providing prepaid metering services for the hospitality and real estate sector. We are looking for a technical analyst who can help improve our customer experience. This role would involve understanding our entire metering system, analysing data coming from thousands of meters across the country, and using this information to improve customer experience with our meters, mobile application and online portal.
The energy management system comprises of our smart meter along with intelligent analytics on our mobile app that have demonstrated savings of up to 30% on the monthly energy bills. The prepaid metering systems makes it easier to share electricity bills through a mobile-like prepaid system for electricity.

Job Location: Jaipur
Experience desired: Fresher—1 year experience in a similar role
Education background: : B.Tech in electrical or electronic or other similar degree
- Full knowledge of Gram Power’s metering system
- Monitoring data to keep track of system performance and technical issues
- Making sure all meters are always up and running
- Instruct and guide field technicians remotely to correct faults
- Helping customers have the best experience in using the consumer app by resolving technical queries
- Helping consumers understand their electricity consumption data if needed
- Communicating with customers over the phone, email and chat
- Strong knowledge of Gram Powers products and services to address any technical issues
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Coordinating with technical and non-technical colleagues as necessary
Qualification and Experience:
- Understanding of electrical systems
- Hunger to learn about a new technology
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Ability to interact directly with clients
